I have never seen anyone so professional in their work and still able to talk with us in a manner in which we could understand every thing that you explained to us. You walked through the inspection step by step showing us each item along with an explanation. You even toook care of the termite inspection. You also did an excellant job on the inspection report. The pictures you took caught all of the areas that you wanted us to see. I couldn't get over the fact that the report was thirty-four pages and noted each area and what your determination was for that specific area. We have gone over the issues you found in the house with the real estate representative and are in negotiations with the seller to get them inspected in depth and fixed. You have made this part of buying a house very comforting and we will recommend you to anyone we f! ind in need of a home inspection. I called a couple different local home inspectors, getting prices and asking the questions I thought to be of importance, S&R answered all my questions, assuring me of their services, and in the end I know they offer the best service for my dollar. This is my first house and it's a fixer upper so I wanted a detailed report, and that is exactly what I got with S&R. My home inspection report came to me very descriptive and thorough, with quality pictures accompanying the text so you know exactly what and where the problem area(s) are located as they are being described throughout the report. I have found the ability to view my report online to be very convenient, I let my family and friends see it without having to tote around a binder full of paper everywhere I go. The best experience I had with S&R was their willingness to work for me; when my house was first inspected the electric and water had both been shut off (it is a foreclosure property), two weeks later my realtor had them turned after on, so I called S&R and Mr. Schiavone seemed more than happy to come back out and perform an inspection on just the water and electric for me and updating my report to reflect the changes. Now thanks to S&R the last worries I had about this house have been set at ease, and I'm looking to become a first time home.
